Inventory availability is not guaranteed until confirmed by No Limit Carts.

5. Deposits and Cancellations
Deposits may be required for certain products or custom orders. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
Order cancellations may be subject to restocking fees, labor charges, or loss of deposit depending on the status of the order.
6. Sales Are Final
Unless otherwise stated in writing, all sales are final. Returns or exchanges are accepted only at the discretion of No Limit Carts and may be subject to restocking fees.
Custom builds, special orders, and modified carts are non-returnable.
7. Warranties
Manufacturer warranties may apply to certain products and components. No Limit Carts does not provide additional warranties beyond those offered by manufacturers unless explicitly stated in writing.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, products and services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
8. Service and Repairs
Service and repair timelines are estimates only and may vary based on parts availability and workload. No Limit Carts is not responsible for delays outside of our control.
Customers are responsible for picking up completed service work promptly. Storage fees may apply for carts left beyond a reasonable pickup period.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, No Limit Carts is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services.
Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.
10. User Content
If you submit reviews, photos, testimonials, or other content, you grant No Limit Carts a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, and display that content for marketing or promotional purposes.
