eBikes require similar maintenance to traditional bicycles—brakes, tires, chain, and gears—plus occasional checks of electrical components. Our recommendation is to get them serviced at least once per year.
eBikes are sold in a box, and are what you’d call “partially assembled.” You’re welcome to take the box home and assemble it yourself (takes around an hour) or we can do it at our shop (for a fee).
